I’ve been on a lot of panels recently, and I’ve learned that not all panels are created equal. I’m not talking about the content of the panel or the caliber of my fellow panelists — I’m talking about the execution of the panel itself.

Panels are a fantastic way to commemorate an important day, bring together thought leaders with diverse perspectives, highlight up and coming advocates, raise awareness about a specific topic — the list goes on. Acknowledging the current need for many people around the world to maintain physical distancing, a virtual panel can be an easy and dynamic way to bring folks together and further the conversation around a particular subject, even when they’re miles or kilometers apart.
